Hi;
A small PR to update the issue templates, switching them from markdown
to Yaml syntax, for more flexibility.

Replace app name to URLChecker

Includes setting the string application name as untranslatable
- avoid errors and problems with the translation of the name.
- harmonize the display of the name.
- simplification
