3e49e89611 libobs,libobs-opengl,libobs-d3d11: Add opengl gs_enum_adapters
This adds gs_enum_adapters and gs_get_adapter_count to the opengl
backend and promotes these to multiplatform graphics functions.

However we need to make an internal device change, device_enum_adapters
must pass in the current device on opengl to ensure that adapter #0 is
the display adapter. We do this to avoid changes to plugins already
checking against obs_video_info.adapter which is always 0 and expected
to be the device OBS was initialized on.

The actual implementation reports the dri render node (or /Software).
This allows plugins to query non-video features of the adapters like
VA-API/NVENC/etc or other cross device functionality. `/Software` is
chosen to avoid opening random files in the current directory if its
passed along as a file path like the regular dri render nodes.

e23455dc74 libobs: Fix device functions not marked as EXPORT
As clang and gcc use "default" visibility (as in "not hidden") when
no visibility is specified, all functions are implicitly exported.

When changing default visibility to "hidden", the corresponding symbols
are not exposed anymore and linking fails. This PR updates all
functions signatures that were added in recent commits but not set to
be EXPORTed.

Also makes required OpenGL imports for texture sharing on macOS
mandatory.

4fe6803fe4 libobs: Prevent D3D11 projectors from tearing
Some users stream projectors, so don't let them tear. Use the waitable
object to check the flip queue, and only flip if there's space.

Metal and Vulkan can probably perform similar flip throttling once OBS
starts using them.

4cda05f270 libobs/graphics: Add Linux-only gs_query_dmabuf_* functions
When sharing DMA-BUFs it is required the announce the underlying
hardware capabilities via supported modifiers.

Add new device_query_dmabuf_capabilities vfunc to gs_exports and connect it
to the egl implementation stubs in the supported render platforms. Add a new
public method gs_query_dmabuf_capabilities() that calls the vfunc above.

c8e417057a libobs, libobs-d3d11: Add support for NT Handle shared textures
Adds support for using shared textures that were made with the
D3D11_RESOURCE_MISC_SHARED_NTHANDLE flag.

This increases the minimum required Windows version to Windows 8 or the
Platform Update for Windows 7. As official support is only for Win 8+
this does not change official support.

f7a55f45fd libobs/graphics: Add Linux-only gs_texture_create_from_dmabuf()
DMA-BUF is a widespread Linux buffer sharing mechanism. It is what's
commonly used zero-copy screen sharing by Wayland compositors.

Add a new 'device_texture_create_from_dmabuf' vfunc to gs_exports,
and stub implementations to libobs-opengl. Add a new public method
gs_texture_create_from_dmabuf() that calls this vfunc.

66259560e0 libobs: Add dormant SRGB format support
GS_RGBA, GS_BGRX, and GS_BGRA now use TYPELESS DXGI formats, so we can
alias them between UNORM and UNORM_SRGB as necessary. GS_RGBA_UNORM,
GS_BGRX_UNORM, and GS_BGRA_UNORM have been added to support straight
UNORM types, which Windows requires for sharing textures from D3D9 and
OpenGL. The D3D path aliases via views, and GL aliases via
GL_EXT_texture_sRGB_decode/GL_FRAMEBUFFER_SRGB.

A significant amount of code has changed in the D3D/GL backends, but the
concepts are simple. On the D3D side, we need separate SRVs and RTVs to
support nonlinear/linear reads and writes. On the GL side, we need to
set the proper GL parameters to emulate the same.

Add gs_enable_framebuffer_srgb/gs_framebuffer_srgb_enabled to set/get
the framebuffer as SRGB or not.

Add gs_linear_srgb_active/gs_set_linear_srgb to instruct sources that
they should render as SRGB. Legacy sources can ignore this setting
without regression.

Update obs_source_draw to use linear SRGB as needed.

Update render_filter_tex to use linear SRGB as needed.

Add gs_effect_set_texture_srgb next to gs_effect_set_texture to set
texture with SRGB view instead.

Add SRGB helpers for vec4 struct.

Create GDI-compatible textures without SRGB support. Doesn't seem to
work with SRGB formats.

ade65df2aa libobs: Add gs_begin_frame for duplicators
We really shouldn't be resetting duplicator state as part of gs_flush.
gs_begin_scene is not ideal because it is called twice per frame, and
only after duplicators have been ticked. Even though it makes no
user-facing difference, it makes more logical sense to reset at the top
of the frame than the bottom.

f53df7da64 clang-format: Apply formatting
Code submissions have continually suffered from formatting
inconsistencies that constantly have to be addressed.  Using
clang-format simplifies this by making code formatting more consistent,
and allows automation of the code formatting so that maintainers can
focus more on the code itself instead of code formatting.

2996a6c06b libobs/graphics: Support debug markers
Add support for debug markers via D3DPERF API and KHR_debug. This makes
it easier to understand RenderDoc captures.

D3DPERF is preferred to ID3DUserDefinedAnnotation because it supports
colors. d3d9.lib is now linked in to support this.

This feature is disabled by default, and is controlled by
GS_USE_DEBUG_MARKERS.

Allows the ability to flush data directly without having to use the
buffer's internal data.

Allows the caller to manage his/her own vertex/index buffer data if
desired, working around the design flaw of having to rely on a
vertex/index buffer's internal data.

be52fa26f9 Add gs_blend_function_separate
This allows the ability to separate the blend states of color and alpha.

The default blend state has also changed so that alpha is always added
together to ensure that the destination image always gets an alpha value
that is actually usable after the operation (for render targets).

Old default state:
  color source: GS_BLEND_SRCALPHA, color dest: GS_BLEND_INVSRCALPHA
  alpha source: GS_BLEND_SRCALPHA, alpha dest: GS_BLEND_INVSRCALPHA

New default state:
  color source: GS_BLEND_SRCALPHA, color dest: GS_BLEND_INVSRCALPHA
  alpha source: GS_BLEND_ONE,      alpha dest: GS_BLEND_ONE

1cb02d5879 libobs: Add function to enumerate video adapters
The gs_enum_adapters function is an optional implementation to allow
enumeration of available graphics adapters that can be used with the
program.  The ID associated with the adapter can be an index or a hash
depending on the implementation.

27010a2f56 Add a 'flush' command to graphics subsystem
...I'm actually concerned that I went a bit overkill trying to prevent
backwards compatibility issues with this abstraction design, because
this is a large number of files that have to be modified just to add a
single graphics subsystem export.  Someone's going to strangle me, and
when you know that someone might strangle you, that means that you did
something wrong.  We'll have to look in to simplifying this in the
future without killing backward compatibility safety.

8aa49cc9ad Remove unused graphics subsystem functions
These functions were mostly related to being able to set true fullscreen
mode -- however, this has no place for our purposes, and these functions
were just sitting empty and unused, so they should be removed.

Besides, fullscreen mode only applies to the windows operating system.

0a86e8fb3f Add dummy GL texture flag & direct object access
- Add dummy GL texture support to allow libobs texture references to be
   created for GL without

 - Add a texture_getobj function to allow the retrieval of the
   context-specific object, such as the D3D texture pointer, or the
   OpenGL texture object handle.

 - Also cleaned up the export stuff.  I realized it was all totally
   superfluous.  Kind of a dumb moment, but nice to clean it up
   regardless.

4f7ab552df Reimplement monitor capture
- Implement windows monitor capture (code is so much cleaner than in
   OBS1).  Will implement duplication capture later

 - Add GDI texture support to d3d11 graphics library

 - Fix precision issue with sleep timing, you have to call
   timeBeginPeriod otherwise windows sleep will be totally erratic.

2dbbffe4a2 Make a number of key optimizations
- Changed glMapBuffer to glMapBufferRange to allow invalidation.  Using
   just glMapBuffer alone was causing some unacceptable stalls.

 - Changed dynamic buffers from GL_DYNAMIC_WRITE to GL_STREAM_WRITE
   because I had misunderstood the OpenGL specification

 - Added _OPENGL and _D3D11 builtin preprocessor macros to effects to
   allow special processing if needed

 - Added fmod support to shaders (NOTE: D3D and GL do not function

 - Created a planar conversion shader that converts from packed YUV to
   planar 420 right on the GPU without any CPU processing.  Reduces
   required GPU download size to approximately 37.5% of its normal rate
   as well.  GPU usage down by 10 entire percentage points despite the
   extra required pass.
