Jordan Rose	d2a4463846	Swift: Build against the in-tree libsignal-ffi ... And change the full package name to "SignalClient" instead of "SignalProtocol", since it will eventually contain multiple modules. We're going to need nightly Rust for other things anyway, so we may as well drop the extra Makefile and just require Cargo.
